E-billing
E-billing by Swedbank
E-billing is a service for receiving Swedbank car lease bills in electronic form on the Internet banking site, in your mailbox or on www.e-pay.lv. This service is offered in cooperation with company Itella.
The advantages of e-billing:
- receiving bills electronically is faster than by mail;
- the service is free of charge;
- the bills are stored electronically and are available for 6 months;
- after every month’s current invoice, a notification is sent to e-mail address specified by you (notifications for e-billing, which are enabled via Swedbank internet banking, are sent to the online banking site);
- the bills can be printed or saved on any data medium.
How do I sign up?
- By calling Swedbank’s information line on 67444445 if you are a user of Swedbank’s online banking or Swedbank’s telephone banking services.
- Write an application on Swedbank internet banking site in section E-services / E-billing / E-billing applications (available to private customers only).
- Write an application for receiving electronic bills from Swedbank Lizings SIA, and deliver it to any Swedbank branch.
- Write an application for receiving electronic bills from Swedbank Lizings SIA and fax it to 6744 6946, followed by the original copy by mail to “Swedbank Centrālā ēka” (Swedbank Head Office), Balasta dambis 1a, Riga, LV-1048.
When you register for e-billing, paper-based bills will no longer be delivered by mail starting with the next bill after the application is duly processed by us.
